1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing makinjillc.com or engaging the services of Makinji LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services

Makinji LLC provides security camera installation, access control systems, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and related technology services in Northern Virginia, the greater DMV area, and nationwide. All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or purchase order.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason and to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided by Makinji LLC are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on on-site conditions, material costs, and scope changes. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice for new projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit of 50% is required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

Makinji LLC accepts cash, check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

5. Warranties

Makinji LLC provides a 90-day labor warranty on all installations. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by product. We will assist clients in pursuing manufacturer warranty claims during the warranty period.

Warranties are void if equipment is tampered with, misused, or damaged by third parties following installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Makinji LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or equipment. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that installed security systems will prevent all criminal activity or unauthorized access.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining any permits required by local authorities for security system installations, providing accurate information about their property and needs, ensuring safe site access for our technicians, and complying with applicable laws regarding surveillance and recording in their jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Makinji LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.
